Wimbledon 2010 Day 11 Open Thread and Discussion

LONDON, ENGLAND - JUNE 22: Spectators watch Andy Murrayon 'Murray Mount' on Day Two of the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Championships at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club on June 22, 2010 in London, England. (Photo by Oli Scarff/Getty Images)

The surprises finally stopped in the semifinals for the women--will the same happen on the men's side?

CENTRE - SHOW COURT - 1.00 PM START

1. Tomas Berdych (CZE) [12] vs Novak Djokovic (SRB) [3]
2. Andy Murray (GBR) [4] vs Rafael Nadal (ESP) [2]

The only possible blowout I could imagine would be Berdych over Djokovic, but I don't even see Berdych winning that match so I think we'll be in for some very close battles.

interesting semis

berdych looked impressive again although djokovich didnt seem as sour about the loss as federer was. I really thought murray would put up more of a fight but watching nadal save that set point in the second set during the tie break reminded me why nadal is nadal. Should be a fun final…hopefully.
