Wimbledon 2010 Predictions: My Brackets

I'm trying out something a little different for this slam than the usual section-by-section breakdown.

I printed out the brackets (and then reprinted them several times because of all the withdrawals), and filled them out with my predictions.  Millions do it for March Madness, so why not for Wimbledon?

And since I took the time to fill in the 254 blanks in these brackets, I figured I might as well just share my paper brackets themselves.

So here they are, my predictions for the Wimbledon 2010 Ladies' and Gentlemen's Singles Draws.

As the tournament rolls along, I'll probably post updated versions, with the correct and incorrect picks highlighted in Wimbledonish green and purple.

Have to say I don’t really agree with Soderling. I don’t feel his game is suited to grass like it is to clay. I don’t expect him to get past Nadal, and if he does, he probably won’t win in the final.

Venus is a good pick, though I favor her sister by a smidge.

Soderling?

Just not feeling it.

I should do one of these for the USO. We’ll duel to the death. To the death!

Ryan Miller was the true MVP.
