You can access the entry form via http://www.freewebs.com/britishtennis/Competitions.html and there is a link to the post-Aus Open overall rankings further down that page too.
DEADLINE - WEDNESDAY 14.00 GMT / 10 am US Eastern
Qualifiers are likely to be placed by about 22.00 GMT on Tuesday and entries will close at 14.00 GMT on WEDNESDAY. This is 2 pm UK time, 15.00 CET, 10 am US Eastern.
The full results at the end of day 1 will be accessible by the start of day 2, with regular intra-day updates appearing from day 2 onwards.
ENTRY NAME - VERY IMPORTANT!
In order for your ranking points from this competition to be combined with your ranking points from earlier pick 'ems (which will be to your advantage, even if you didn't do well in them) and to get guaranteed entry for slam pick 'ems if you are in the top 250, you need to enter with EXACTLY the same name as you used for previous pick 'ems - even an extra space or a single missing character may be enough to throw the system. If in doubt, please copy and paste your entry name from last time into the entry form – it was:
PLEASE TELL YOUR FRIENDS
If you think that other people from your board/forum might like to take part too, I would be really grateful if you would set up a thread or post about the competition on your forum if nobody else has already done so, and highlight the fact that the web address has changed, which means that existing bookmarks will not work. Thank you!
This is particularly important if your board/forum sometimes just misses out on having the five entrants needed to be a full team.
CHECKING THAT YOUR ENTRY HAS BEEN RECEIVED / LATE CHANGES
For your own benefit, please read carefully the page that appears just after you have sent your entry – it contains some information about how to check whether your entry has been received and about the only way we can now accept changes to your entry before the deadline.
BOTB ON TWITTER
We are now using twitter to post short items that people may need to know about quickly, e.g. when the draw with qualifiers placed is available, any late withdrawals we happen to find out about after this email has been sent, some quick updates during day 1 before all the detailed results pages are ready, announcements that we need to have fed back to teams quickly and so on. Feel free to follow us at http://twitter.com/botb1 and you'll probably be one of the first to know what's going on!
