Stosur Muscles Past Ivanovic in L.A.

Avenging her loss at Wimbledon, Samantha Stosur continued her big hard court summer by defeating Ana Ivanovic 6-3, 6-2 in the third round of Los Angeles.

For Stosur, it was her second win over a grand slam champion in less than a week, and also proves that she's not feeling any lingering effects from the back injury that seemed to hold her back in the third set of her loss in Stanford to Marion Bartoli.

Stosur next faces the winner of the Safina-Zheng third round match.  That quarterfinal should be a good one.
