The woman with 11 slams made an appearance at 11:30 last night on The Late Show With David Letterman, a traditional stop on victory laps for American slam winners.

Letterman asked Serena about grunting, her knee injury from a couple years back, and, out of nowhere, drinking. And she was pretty candid throughout. I just wish she had been asked about the #1 ranking. Because that's what really brings out the laughs.

Note that the outfit she showed up to the studio in (above) is completely different from what she wore on the set. Guess that dress must've been stuffed in the purse.
